During a Final Assualt run, Rago's Flame Wand dropped, assigned to me, but then a mob of guardians came and my whole party died. In the end, the warrior was able to run in and pick it up (no longer any assignment). It took a good 20 minutes to get the guy to give it to me, and I bought it for 13k :-P

mine's pretty bad
tried thirsty river with 3 different group, lost all of them
joined 4th group, we're breezing through it, just about to finish the last group (Josso's group) and comcast disconnected me. Unlucky right?
5th group the next night, comcast disconnected me at the SAME time, just as we were about to finish Josso's Group. I thought i was going to put a hole in my monitor :|

Worst was doing a mission (I forget the name, but it had to do with meeting Evennia and [email protected] spiders *lol)... had been struggling to do this with henchies.. finally got to the end, was watching the cinematic, and I was dropped from the game. I just sat there staring at the computer with my mouth open, thinking "nooooo... I know I got credit for completing that mission.." and logged back in to find, to my horror, that I had to do it all over again.
I did find a level of comfort in the fact that everyone in town was angry, and having a fit.. I was in good company

click on the drop, walk to the tower door, press space and the item is in your inventory (also works for melee attacking warriors)

Probably common but I was in Thunderhead with a killer group, we were celebrating that we had just pretty much won the mission, and WHAM. Err=7
I was one angry Monk.

Won in tombs a few times and had around 5-6 sigils in inventory. This was way back when they were worth 70k. Anyway, we needed a new build so we had to reroll characters. You can easily guess the stupid mistake a made.3-400k down the drain. Butter knife my wrist plz k thx.

Out of the last 30 or so perfect or near perfect mods I've identified on weapons, I think I've managed to salvage two of the mods. The rest turn to iron ingots. The big ones that I remember are:
Two +30 fortitude sword mods to iron ingots
+30 fortitude axe mod to iron ingots
Multiple +29 and +28 fortitude mods to iron or steel ingots
10/10 sundering axe mod and sword mod to iron ingots
Multiple 10/9 and 10/8 sundering mods to iron or steel ingots
vampiric 5/1 bow mod to a steel ingot
Superior Healing Prayers from my old monk armor turned to 5 steel ingots. Had to rebuy it.
2.) The first time I was ever run to droknars forge, the runner made it all the way with no deaths, then died right next to the camp rankor warp. Tried to run it again with DP and died at least 5 more times until he gave us our money back and said he couldn't make it.
3.) Me and a friend were two man chest running Fissure, and we got separated because of a near death. He got to a chest and it dropped a gold max damage shadow bow but died before he could pick it up. I tried to get it for him but there was a huge mob around the chest that he had pulled there and I died.

7- best drop out of about (seriously) 100 UW and 40 fow runs was a obsidian shard..
You uh, may want to think about what you say before you lie. If you go to fow 40 times and get nothing good but 1 shard, your lieing....badly.

And don't respond with some bull s**t please.

Twice I did this(since May).....
Bought a piece of Droknars armor for a character, and accidently used an expert salvage on it when I was meaning to do that to the old piece of armor for the rune.... Ouch!

Was doing the Yak's Bend quest - "Iron Horse War Machine", and on the way I encountered a steel chest. Found that I didn't have any steel keys with me. 'Oh well, never mind' I thought. As I continued on my way to the destination, another steel chest and another and another. A total of 5 steel chests encountered during that quest and I couldn't get to any of the goodies held within. After completing the quest, I bought some steel keys when I returned to the outpost. Did I come across any steel chests for the rest of the night? No!
I know most of the stuff from chests, when sold, don't usually cover the cost of an 80g steel key but I find it fun opening chests and seeing what pops out...kinda like Xmas come early.

I did Defend Droknar with my first character, then Defend Ascalon and failed a lot of times doing Defend North Kryta. Deleted the character later.
New character, prot monk, did Defend Droknar, went to Temple of the Ages to join a group doing Defend North Kryta.
After killing all the incoming enemies on the Ascalon Settlement, protecting stupid Greywind and finally beating this horrible quest, I look at my Quest Log only to see:
Defend Droknar's Forge:
- Go to Glint to get your reward.
Haven't tried it again, yet.
